New Crag Opening Soon!

We have some exciting news to share about a NEW CRAG that we are currently developing at Prairie Creek Recreation Area in the town of Maquoketa!!

The ICC has been in the process of communicating and meeting with the Jackson County for months, and we are finally seeing some of that hard work pay off! We received a permit to start developing two of the main cliff lines in the park and we haven’t wasted any time! Multiple people have volunteered their time and energy the last two weeks to clean, bolt, and do trail work to help get this new area ready to climb! We currently have 31 routes bolted and ready to go(Many more to come still), ranging in a range of difficulties from first time climber, to the well season crusher.
